What do I need to provide?+
A clear area of approximately 6 × 9 feet, nearby handwashing access, comfortable room temperature, and a safe parking plan. Aaron brings the table, linens, bolsters, music, oils, and complete setup.
How are new clients approved?+
New clients submit an appointment request, private intake form, service address, and access details. Once reviewed and approved, a $50 deposit reserves the appointment.
Do you provide hotel massage?+
Yes. Hotel and Airbnb appointments are available throughout Pittsburgh. The registered guest must confirm that the property permits outside providers and provide any visitor or parking instructions.
Is this a professional therapeutic service?+
Absolutely. Quiet Hour provides licensed therapeutic massage only. Appropriate draping and professional conduct are required throughout every appointment.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Appointments can be changed without forfeiting the deposit with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations forfeit the $50 deposit; same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full.
